ZING Coaches are Hair and Beauty professionals. We learnt the hard way, about what works and what doesn’t work in our industry. Now, we want to share what we know with other professionals in the field, so they can switch their salon from surviving to absolutely thriving!
At ZING we show salon owners where the profit is hiding in their business, through a better understanding of TIME, TEAM and MONEY. We teach salon owners what they are expected to know but were never taught, so they know what to do, when to do it, but most importantly HOW!
And right now we're looking for confident individual to join our team on a part-time basis, as our Appointment Setter, to help take our message to even more salon owners. Is this you?
- Well spoken - confidently articulate;
- Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
- A vibrant person who wins hearts and minds through energy and enthusiasm;
- Self confident;
- Someone who enjoys meeting with lots and lots of new people over the phone;
- An in-the-moment creative thinker;
- Comfortable in encouraging commitment when needed;
- Good under pressure;
- Pro-active and keen to take the initiative; and
- Good at reading both people - and the facts...
...if so, and you're comfortable in a sales-focused role, we encourage you to stick your hand up.
It's a sales role, no doubt about it. You'll be making contact with salon owners and operators all around Australia and NZ, generating initial interest in our high-impact online events (webinars, roundtables, etc.) and Business coaching. You'll be managing leads, tracking results/conversions. Success will see you booking 6 "turbo calls" a week and converting these into sales.
