Hi! I'm Hayden Langhorn. As the Founder and Managing Director at InterCheck Australia, I'm extremely proud to have successfully built the business from the ground up, into one of Australia’s most innovative employment screening and background checking platforms known today. I also get excited about the new economy and all the disruptive possibilities that come with it. I'm passionate about new technology and innovation and how to apply this to modern businesses.

Right now I'm looking to bring a new member into the team as a Sales Development Representative - with a major emphasis on appointment setting and lead nurturing. You'll be responsible for building a pipeline of potential clients & appointment setting. Some of these potential clients may be already in the sales pipeline (follow ups) and some may not (outreach). You'll run “Triage” calls to hard qualify and “Pre-sell” the prospect before booking a consult for me.

 

Activity sheets, sales meeting attendance, and coaching sessions are used to help refine and build your sales expertise.

 

It's an entry level role that will see you, over time move up and around and eventually becoming a true sales professional.

 

Your working background is of less importance to us than your 'character'. People have come into this space from all sorts of experience. What will stand you out from the crowd will be:

  • Having a history of BIG achievements (personal or work)
  • A history of self-discipline (Tri-athlete? Black belt martial artist? Honours degree?)
  • Courage to stand your ground
  • Huge work ethic
  • You are absolutely fluent in all things 'social-media'
