So, who are you?

You don't need any experience in MPC - so, your character is of far more interest to me. I'm looking for someone who is physically fit, strong and healthy. With a positive attitude, who enjoys manual work, has verbal communication skills, pays attention to detail and has an ability to detect fine visual detail. You need to able to take direction, you must be able to follow instructions and have a willingness to put in the time and effort to become a black belt. If you subscribe to 'near enough is good enough'... don't bother applying.

The gig?

Quite simply I will train the right person in polishing concrete, using planetary floor grinders and hand grinders. You'll learn how to be competent in achieving high standards of mechanically polished concrete, grind & seal, honed concrete & exterior concrete finishes. You'll learn how to do work that you're truly proud of. You'll learn best practices for site, support and machine operations, within a residential concrete polishing business. You'll assist the machine operator to transport equipment/set-up/pack down/clean up site all while learning how it all works.
