- Managing the pipeline with strong cadence and clean CRM discipline (no “zombie deals”, no optimistic staging).
- Building and maintaining referral partnerships with a monthly/quarterly rhythm and a genuine feedback loop.
- Running value-first outbound (education + event invitations + market intelligence). No hard-selling meetings.
- Working closely with Michael on key meetings where technical credibility and pricing guidance matter.
